🌊 3-DAY EXPEDITION DHËRMI – GJIPE – GRAMA BAY

✨ Description
Three days of pure adventure on the Ionian coast between Dhërmi, Gjipe Canyon and the magical Bay of Grama.
Canyons, hidden caves, pirate history, blue water beaches and spectacular sunsets by the sea.
Camping on two different bays, speedboat cruise, cave exploration, climbing and ancient inscriptions from the time of pirates.
A unique expedition that combines nature, adrenaline, culture and relaxation — memories that last for a lifetime.

📍 Program

🟦 Day 1 – Dhërmi & Gjipe Canyon

1. Departure at 06:00 AM, from A. Rustemi Square, New Bazaar – Tirana.
2. ☕ Coffee stop in Vlora city, city where the flag was raised for the independece day of Albania.
3. ⛱️ Arrival in Dhërmi, rest by the sea.
4. ⛪ Visit the Monastery of Saint Theodor
   Built in the 14th century above a temple dedicated to Zeus & Artemis. Later a Soviet military base, today surrounded by olive and cypress trees between Dhërmi and Gjipe.
5. 🥾 Hike to Gjipe Bay (30–40 min) along the coastline with panoramic photo stops.
6. 🏕️ Arrival at Gjipe Bay – set up camping tents for the night.
   Relaxing on the beach, swimming in crystal waters.
7. 🍽️ Lunch at the campsite (prepared with food brought by participants) or at restaurants in the area.
8. 🧗‍♂️ Explore Gjipe Canyon
   Climbing and descending with ropes — suitable for both professionals and amateurs.
   Those who prefer can stay on the beach to relax.
9. 🌅 Magical sunset in Gjipe
10. 🔥 Dinner with local products, evening games, music and animations by the fire, night camping under the stars.

🟦 Day 2 – Pirate Cave & Grama Bay

1. 🏃 Early morning fitness – run/walk on the beach (optional).
   🍳 Breakfast 07:30–09:00, then beach and relax.
2. 🗻 Visit Pirate Cave – ancient hideout of pirates.
3. We have two options:
   1️⃣ Canoes from Gjipe beach
   2️⃣ Boat transfer – 15 min (extra) to Pirate Cave & Saint Andrew Bay.
4. 🌊 Optional: Cave Beach – 1-hour hike round trip, depending on time.
5. 🏕️ Return to Gjipe, rest and prepare campsite.
6. 🍽️ Lunch in one of the best restaurants in Dhërmi.
   🚤 At 17:00, depart by speedboat towards Grama Bay (45 minutes).
7. 🏖️ Arrival at Grama Bay – set up camp for the second night.
8. 📸 Explore Balcony of Grama
   Enjoy the sunset and see the ancient inscriptions carved into the rocks.
9. 🍽️ Dinner at a restaurant inside the bay with organic local products.
   Relax, coffee by the fire, games & animations under the stars.

🟦 Day 3 – Blue Cave & Return

1. 🌅 Early wake up, walk/run/gymnastics by the sea (optional).
   🍳 Breakfast, then 4–5 hours free time for beach and swimming.
2. 🌊 Explore the Blue Cave
   Boat transfer to enter the cave from the sea, swim in the turquoise lagoon.
   Approx. 30 minutes stay.
3. 🏝️ Visit Saint Andrew Bay – short stop, beach & exploration depending on time.
4. ☕ Coffee break on the return trip.
5. 🚌 Arrival in Tirana at 21:00–22:00 PM.

• 4–5 liters water (frozen for 2 days)

• Suncream, hat, sunglasses, flashlight, powerbank
• Shoes/sneakers and sandals for sand & rocks
• Cotton T-shirts (short & long sleeve)
