Tujani Mountain,Tirane

Tujani’s Peak is part of  Mountain Dajti Ridge. It has an altitude of 1583 m and rises above as a rocky formation. The trail has orientation marks so you can find it easly. When you reach at the top, you get spectacular views of mountains that sorround Tirana.

Programme:

Meeting point around  8.00 am in Avni rustemi square ,Tirane Albania

We start the trip with a panoramic cable car ride up Dajti National park,time to explore the park there (some activities there)

After we will follow a trail through the birch tree forest to Cherry Pass, between the two peaks, and eventually continue towards the Tujani Peak which is the northern peak. This tour is doable by all levels of fitness and it covers an elevation of 500m.

The first part of the trail has an intense incline which eventually becomes more gradual. We offer this walk during hot summer days or during snow days in the winter.

The trail leads towards Tujani Peak sitting at 1,531m. From the peak, the panorama opens up to everything behind Mount Dajti, starting from Bovilla Lake, Arbri Road swirling along Tirana River, to 'Mali me Gropa' and onwards to Shengjergj and Mount Fagu and continues south.

We take a short rest enjoying the views and then start our walk back. Lunch is optional and at your own expense at one of many restaurants up Dajti.
