Overview
Nestled within the Narta Lagoon, Zvërnec Island is one of southern Albania’s most enchanting destinations — a mix of serene nature, cultural heritage, and spiritual tranquility. Cross the iconic wooden bridge surrounded by still lagoon waters, explore the Byzantine Monastery dating back to the 13th–14th century, and wander through the pine forest that blankets the island. End your day sailing peacefully on the lagoon and enjoying the local flavors of the area.

Itinerary

1. 🕗 08:00 AM – Meeting Point:
   Pickup from your hotel and departure toward Vlorë.
2. 🌳 Visit the Soda Forest
   Explore the scenic Soda Forest, a natural wetland habitat known for its birdlife and lagoon views.
3. 🚶 Hike Around Zvërnec Island (Approx. 1 hour)
   Cross the 270m wooden bridge and enjoy a relaxing walk through the pine-covered trails of the island.
4. ⛪ Visit the Byzantine Monastery & Church
   Discover the Zvërnec Monastery, a remarkably preserved Byzantine monument surrounded by stunning scenery.
5. 🍽️ Lunch at the Village
   Optional traditional meal in a nearby local restaurant.
6. ⛵ Boat Sailing Around the Narta Lagoon
   Experience the peaceful atmosphere of the lagoon by boat, with its calm waters and panoramic views.
7. 🚐 Return Journey
   Depart for your starting point, arriving back around 19:00 PM.
