📑 The Plan

👉🏻 Day 1 – Tirana • Shkodra • Podgorica • Ulqin

1. 🕕 Departure from Tirana – 06:30 AM
   Meeting point: A. Rustemi Square, New Bazaar, Tirana. Depart north toward Montenegro with a short coffee stop in Shkodra.
2. 🏞️ Visit Podgorica & Niagara Falls
   Discover Montenegro’s capital and its beautiful surroundings, including the famous Niagara Falls of Podgorica, a natural wonder on the Cijevna River.
3. 🌅 Explore Virpazar & Skadar Lake
   A charming lakeside town where Montenegro, Bar, and Ulqin meet. Optional boat trip on Lake Skadar — the largest lake in the Balkans — surrounded by mountains and local birdlife.
4. 🍽️ Traditional Lunch in Virpazar
   Enjoy a meal featuring regional specialties before continuing toward the Albanian-influenced coastal town of Ulqin.
5. 🏰 Explore Ulqin Old Town
   Step back in time through narrow alleys, ancient walls, and landmarks like the Balshaj Tower, the Royal Courtyard, and the Church-Mosque of Ulqin, a rare architectural gem.
6. 🌙 Dinner & Overnight Stay in Ulqin
   Dinner with traditional dishes and live Albanian music at Hotel Kalaja, located in the heart of Ulqin’s old town.

👉🏻 Day 2 – Ulqin • Budva • Kotor

1. 🌅 Morning in Ulqin
   Early risers can enjoy a morning walk along the Adriatic coast or through the cobbled streets of the old town, followed by breakfast at the hotel.
2. 🏝️ Visit Saint Stephen Island
   Admire the iconic pink-sand islet of Sveti Stefan, a jewel of Montenegro’s Riviera, and relax with coffee by the sea breeze.
3. 🏛️ Explore Kotor – The UNESCO City
   Wander through the fortified old town of Kotor, admire its medieval port and Venetian walls, and optionally take a submarine tour in the Bay of Kotor.
4. 🌇 Discover Budva – Montenegro’s Tourism Capital
   One of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic, Budva offers stunning beaches, ancient walls, and lively seaside cafés.
5. 🍽️ Lunch in Budva
   Savor traditional Montenegrin cuisine — including local fish dishes — before beginning the return journey.
6. 🚐 Return to Tirana – Arrival around 20:00 PM
   End of the journey — full of history, adventure, and memories that last a lifetime.
