💎 Cyclops Eye & Erzeni Valley Adventure

Just 35–45 minutes from Tirana, in the village of Skuterrë, Krrabë, lies one of Albania’s most magical natural wonders — the Cyclops Eye (Syri i Ciklopit).
Nestled deep within the Erzen River Valley, this emerald-green lake sits at the base of dramatic cliffs, where crystal waters shimmer beneath the sunlight. Measuring about 20 meters wide and 120 meters deep, the Cyclops Eye is a true hidden gem — perfect for hiking, swimming, and exploring untouched nature.

According to local legend, this is where the mythical Cyclops met his end, leaving behind a heart-shaped lake as a trace of his spirit. Today, it remains one of the most enchanting and mysterious natural spots in central Albania.

Hiking to Cyclops Eye (Syri i Ciklopit)
Begin a 1-hour panoramic hike from Skuterrë village down to the Cyclops Eye. The trail passes through forested paths, rocky gorges, and views over the Erzen Canyon.

Explore the Erzen Valley
Follow the trail along the Erzen valley, discovering natural pools and small waterfalls — a perfect chance for photos and a refreshing dip.

Arrive at the Cyclops Eye
Welcome to nature’s emerald masterpiece! Swim in the crystal-clear waters or simply relax on the rocks surrounded by stunning views. Free time for swimming, exploration, and photos (1–2 hours).

Lunch & Return
Hike back to the starting point and enjoy a traditional lunch or coffee in Krraba village (optional).
As per Albanian tradition, share a farewell coffee with your guide before heading back to Tirana.
